Returns & Exchanges

Baserange accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and hygienic liners remain intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened undergarments or beauty products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original sustainable packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
